What you have already written to us.
01 Which fonts do you offer for engraving? +
Six fonts ranging from classic to contemporary. On the product page, we show a live preview of your input — so you can see how the name and date will appear on the material before you order.
02 How many characters are possible? +
Up to 25 characters on the cap, depending on the model. Special characters and umlauts (ä ö ü ß) are available in all six fonts.
03 How much does engraving cost? +
From €10 for a single-line engraving on all models. The price is transparently displayed during configuration, never hidden or rounded up.
04 How long does the engraving process take? +
With or without engraving: dispatched the next business day. Should a model be on backorder, we will notify you by email on the same day.
05 Can I return an engraved item? +
Personalized and engraved products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the event of typing errors on our part or incorrectly placed engraving, we will of course take the piece back or re-engrave it free of charge.
